Orders are generally dispatched within 1-4 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fedex or UPS with tracking. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Standard shipping is FREE for all orders shipped within the continental United States. Expedited shipping is also available. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or International addresses at this time.
At XtraComfort.com, we fully guarantee our products against material and manufacturing defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of your purchase. Please email us at email@example.com or call (937) 985-3681 to leave a phone message. We will advise you with regards to where your purchased product(s) is to be returned. All returns are subject to inspection before replacements or credits are issued. If we determine the goods are not of inferior quality, the return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Most of our products are available for immediate shipment. If an item in your order is temporarily not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email. You will have the option of canceling the transaction or keep the order open for shipment when ready.
